Milton Bastos

Milton Bastos is a first degree black belt and is from Sao Paulo Brazil. He studied Physical Education at UNIP (Universidade Paulista) which helped him become a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling coach as well as a personal trainer. He has been dedicating his career to both areas since he was 13 years old. Within this time he has acquired many titles and championships, as well as guided many others to their own world titles. He has been instructing in USA since 2009 and received his black belt under Ricardo "Franjinha" Miller since 2010. Currently, Milton resides in Nashville, Tennessee, where he owns his academy in Downtown Nashville and is one of the founding members of the Ares Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association.
